I needed my windshield replaced, and Subaru recommended Roy's. When I called and told Kayla about my needs, she immediately hopped into action and walked me through everything step by step. I originally called on a Friday, and by the following Wednesday, my windshield was replaced. I live far away and have a restrictive schedule, and they were very accommodating. I honestly cannot remember the last time I had such an exceptional customer service experience between Kayla in the office and Caleb, who was my point of contact in the shop itself. I live in Shrewsbury, but I'll absolutely continue to use Roy's in the future.
